Strategies
A series of Strategies and Trigger Projects have been developed to ensure that Blacktown City 2025 becomes a reality.
The Strategies comprise 8 directions that are linked to and interdependent on each other. The identification of these Strategies allows Council to target key areas and develop their potential in Blacktown City now and into the future.
