DRAFT 2012/2013 OPERATIONAL PLAN The Operational Plan is a one year Plan that outlines the specific actions to be undertaken in the next financial year in order for Council to achieve the goals identified in Council's four year Delivery Program. Council's annual budget is also included in the Operational Plan. The Plan has a series of measures aligned against our actions that will be used to monitor Council's progress towards achieving the strategic outcomes set out in Blacktown City 2025.

Council's Draft Annual Budget for 2012/2013 includes:		Draft 2012/2013 Goods and Services Pricing schedule which identifies the proposed fees for the broad range of goods and services provided by Council.
		Draft 2012/2013 Works Improvement Program which outlines the proposed capital works to be undertaken by Council during 2012/2013.

Copies of the Draft 2012/2013 Operational Plan can be viewed in the following locations:
